Overview

I robot SCARA serie GX4 offrono prestazioni ai vertici del settore. Il connubio di velocità e precisione in un design compatto consente anche una notevole ampiezza di movimento. I tempi di ciclo possono arrivare a soli 0,33 secondi, anche durante l’uso prolungato. L’esclusivo design del braccio ad alta rigidità permette di contare su vibrazioni residue molto basse, con movimenti di avvio e arresto fluidi anche alle alte velocità.

Prestazioni accurate, dimensioni compatte

I robot SCARA serie GX4 sono la scelta giusta per le applicazioni in spazi ristretti dato che, nonostante le loro piccole dimensioni, hanno un’area di lavoro notevole. Molte attività di assemblaggio possono essere eseguite con un solo orientamento del braccio, quindi abbiamo sviluppato la serie SCARA GX4 che presenta un braccio incurvato a sinistra o destra. Questa esclusiva geometria consente di aumentare fino al 40% l’area di lavoro massima.

Molteplici opzioni di configurazione

I robot GX4 sono disponibili con braccio di diverse lunghezze: 250, 300 e 350 mm, e possono essere utilizzati come unità montate a pavimento, a parete o a soffitto e come opzioni per clean room.
